Connor is the founder and Managing Partner for Palladio Consulting LLC, a consulting firm that works exclusively in the disability community. Since 2012, Connor has worked with families & professionals across the country assisting with the unique planning that goes along with having a loved one with a disability—housing, government benefits, special needs trusts, ABLE accounts, support system planning and more.

Connor has presented both locally and nationally on a variety of special needs planning related topics for organizations like OHSU, MassMutual, Academy of Special Needs Planners, Financial Planning Association, NAIFA, Oregon Jewish Community Foundation and numerous other CPA, law and financial planning firms.

Originally from Seattle, he calls Oregon home after moving to Portland in 1996. Connor earned a degree in Business Finance from Portland State University in 2012 and also spent five seasons on the football field as an All-Conference quarterback for the Vikings.

Connor lives in Powell Butte, OR with his wife, Lexi, their kids Dolly, Palmer, Crawford and their golden retriever, Hootie.
