Webinar Guest:
My practice at Fitzwater Law concentrates on special needs planning (including ABLE accounts), probate, Medicaid, and adult guardianship and conservatorship matters.
Prior to joining Fitzwater Law, I worked with clients in northwest Indiana to achieve their goals in probate, guardianship, and Medicaid matters. I earned my undergraduate degree (biology) and MBA from Valparaiso University in northwest Indiana and my J.D. from the Valparaiso University School of Law.
I enjoy educating our community about elder law issues and am a frequent speaker to senior groups, medical and social workers, financial professionals and community groups. I inform groups on topics including long-term care and Medicaid planning, guardianships and conservatorships and special needs planning.
